Last year we moved from Santa Barbara to Palm City. Our experience working with Sara Crombie was as good as it gets. Negotiating across the country, synchronizing buying and selling within 30 days, is challenging. Sara took care of all the issues and made the experience as easy as one hopes for, but very seldom achieves. She found us a great home in the right location in one day by paying attention to our priorities, and managed the negotiations to our advantage, pointing us to efficient lenders and insurance, and dealt with all the usual issues – POA, inspections, repairs, etc. Without her effort, we would have had to make cross-country trips and would likely have failed to complete the transactions in a timely manner. Sara was able to remain positive and professional no matter the frustrations inevitable during such a complex undertaking.
