Sara Crombie and New Wave Real Estate Group are excellent in all ways for both the buyer and the seller. As long time residents of the county they know the history of all the communities, the schools, the town, the businesses. Their guidance to the right neighborhood and the right house is invaluable when buying a home. With their professional decor training and spot-on taste their advice when preparing a house for sale is a plus for any seller. New Wave is consistently a top broker in the county for reasons that are easy to see when you work with them. They are easy to work with on both sides of the deals and are fair and reasonable to both parties. Their sage guidance in transactions takes the burden off of the parties as they are given sound and practical advice on how to walk through the process. New Wave's customer service and feedback is top notch and interactions are always very enjoyable. You will not find better people or a more experienced realtor for this and the surrounding counties.
