As long time residents of the county they know the history of all the communities, the schools, the town, the businesses. Their guidance to the right neighborhood and the right house is invaluable when buying a home. With their professional decor training and spot-on taste their advice when preparing a house for sale is a plus for any seller. New Wave is consistently a top broker in the county for reasons that are easy to see when you work with them. They are easy to work with on both sides of the deals and are fair and reasonable to both parties. Their sage guidance in transactions takes the burden off of the parties as they are given sound and practical advice on how to walk through the process.
